I'm always getting let down by my expectations. surrounded by negativity. I can feel it wearing me down. I'm not myself these days and i'm sure I could figure it out... why i've been down from time to time. our fate as lovers got caught in the crossfire. and when the smoke had cleared we had been gutted and left for dead. tonight the sting of defeat pierced a little deeper. and my faith in myself was tried and tested. I needed this to be over. expectations. they always get the best of me.
